Our Male haplogroups and when they were developed, Oldest to Youngest

Nadene Goldfoot

The study of Population Genetics which can tell us so much about our DNA history is amazing.  Here is a chart below showing that the scientists have a method for naming the male haplogroup (Y haplogroup) carried only by males.  They started with the oldest found as A, and then went through the alphabet;  A through Q and R, which pertains to my family.  The great fact is that males carry both the male line and the female line, so they are the people to be tested for haplogroups.  Women only carry the female haplogroup.  So if you want to know the haplogroup of your parents, get a brother to test for it or if you're a male, you get the test for both. Where haplogroups are known to start somewhere, it's usually from another older branch on the tree which is now different enough from the others to have it's own letter of the alphabet.  (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_Y-chromosome_DNA_haplogroup)

A's time line came 270,000 years ago.  It is found in men of Central Africa.  Homo Sapiens started in Africa according to population genetics and have been leaving and going into Asia and then elsewhere since then.

Q happens to come from my paternal grandfather, Nathan Abraham Goldfus/foot b: 1871  through testing of his grandson, David Goldfoot with FTDNA.  His haplogroup, tested now at the level of 111 alleles, is labeled as QBZ67.  The Q tree he sits on started with Q-M242.  Q's started about 24,500 years ago.  We're almost newbees.   (https://www.familytreedna.com/my/y-dna-haplotree). It started in Mongolia, Siberia and parts of Turkey.

R haplogroup happens to be my mother's father's line (Robinson) tested by my mother's brother's son, a Robinson.  At 67 alleles it was labeled as R1b1a2a1a1b4.  Now it's been upgraded to be called R-L21.  Another upgrade of the Big Y test makes it read as R-A1487.  The R's are right alongside the Q's on the chart showing their development at about the same period.

My son's Henwood line from testing 37 alleles was first called  R1b1a2 or now as R-M269.  R's started 27,000 years ago.  Western or Central Asia is where it all began and is covers a very large group.  Also, "It is the most frequently occurring paternal lineage in Western Europe, as well as some parts of Russia (e.g. the Bashkir minority) and Central Africa (e.g. Chad and Cameroon).

The clade is also present at lower frequencies throughout Eastern EuropeWestern Asia, as well as parts of North AfricaSouth Asia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. R1b also reaches high frequencies in the Americas and Australasia, due largely to immigration from Western Europe. There is an ongoing debate regarding the origins of R1b subclades found at significant levels among some indigenous peoples of the Americas, such as speakers of Algic languages in central Canada[reference needed].

J1 and J2 are found in the Cohens who are a major large group of Jews today and come from Aaron, brother of Moses. It started in Western Asia. They are found towards the middle of this chart who showed up in our history with Aaron, who was a little older than Moses (1391-1271 BCE).  (see below), which is a little more than 3,000 years ago.   It's been found that most Cohens, people with this title as a surname, or actual Cohens serving in this capacity in the synagogue which is divided into the Cohens, Levites and Israelites, are J1 or J2.  I just found out that a Hochfeld has been a Cohen in the synagogue all his life, and just recently had been tested.  Sure enough, he was a J1, also labeled as J-M267.  Fathers have been telling their sons that they are Cohens and what the duties are that are expected of them.  Evidently it's worked through this oral tradition, handed down from Aaron  well over 3,000 years ago.  J's actually started 48,000 years ago.  Aaron was a newbee on the J tree.

The Torah has been proven true through the haplogroup, for Arabs also bear the J1 haplogroup as well, with a slightly different tag ending on this scientific label showing its unique history.  An Arab friend of mine also smitten by DNA testing is J1c3d, I believe it was, same as many Jewish J1s.  J-M267 is the major haplogroup of the Arabs.( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haplogroup_J_(Y-DNA))Beduins of Kuwait carry the highest amount. Then are the  Arab Beduins that carry a very high % of J.

I show all the Jewish haplogroups, both male and female at https://jewishfactsfromportland.blogspot.com/2010/01/what-haplogroup-we-be.html

Democrats in Minnesota Voted In a BDS Advocate

Nadene Goldfoot
Newly elected House Rep in Minnesota,

A community nutrition educator at the University of Minnesota, working in that capacity from 2006 to 2009 in the Greater Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. In 2012, she served as campaign manager for Kari Dziedzic's reelection campaign for the Minnesota State Senate. Between 2012 and 2013, she was a child nutrition outreach coordinator at the Minnesota Department of Education.

Minnesota, that northern state full of Scandinavian descendants, just voted in  "Ilhan Omar, a Muslim Somali-American elected last week to replace outgoing Rep. Keith Ellison (D., Minn.) in the Minnesota House.  She was born in 1981, married and mother of 3 children, who spoke nicely of Jews when running and wasn't broadcasting her feelings about Israel and BDS, but has turned against Israel  immediately after winning the election.

Omar was against the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement during her campaign,  "After winning election, she now says she "supports the BDS movement." That's what we call being 2-faced!
Now we know that she supports boycotting, divestment from and sanctions against Israel.

"Somalia, a Sunni dominant nation and a member of Arab League."  In 2017, the president of Somalia refused to meet with Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, on his trip to visit in Kenya.  "Hamas’ Izzat Al-Rishq also thanked the Somali president’s position which he said “reflects the authenticity of the brotherly Republic of Somalia in standing with Palestine and rejecting any normalisation with an entity which occupies land and holy places.”

To those of us who read history, this  is nothing but propaganda from Hamas which is made up of lies.  The Hamas terrorists, also Sunni Muslims, have never held land before Israel was created in 1948 no matter what name they were under then, as the PLO or whatever, The land is the land of the Bible, land ruled by King Saul, David and Solomon and others, going back to before David's rule of 1010 BCE.  That's going back over 3,000 years that this land has been known to be Jewish land and any holy places held by Muslims has been treated with respect by Israel who can't say the same about their holy places when in the hands of the Muslims.  The Muslim Palestinians have sworn since 1967 at the Khartum Conference in Sudan, Africa to the 3 NO's, (no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, no negotiations with it...") and No has been their answer to any meeting ever held in trying to reach a peace agreement with Israel.

Political unrest in Somalia

"Omar was born in on October 4, 1981, in Mogadishu and was raised in BaydhaboSomalia. She was the youngest of seven siblings. Ilhan's father, Nur Omar Mohamed, is a Somali, and worked as a teacher trainer. Her mother was a Benadiri, and died when Omar was a child. She was thereafter raised by her father and grandfather. Ilhan's grandfather, Abukar, was the director of Somalia's National Marine Transport, with her uncles and aunts also working as civil servants and educators. After the start of the civil war in 1991, she and her family fled the country and spent four years in a refugee camp in Kenya."

By 1995, her family immigrated to the USA and settled in Arlington, Virginia when Ilhan was 14.  To be elected into the Minnesota's House at age 31 is probably pretty normal for women today, but Ilhan has been Americanized for the past 23 years, coming here at age 14, a teenager.  She doesn't seem to see the wrong in saying one thing and then going against what she ran on with a 180 degree turn-about because she has executed such an action brazenly.

She, like other Americans, had been beating the drum for the 2-state solution to the problems involving Israel and the Palestinians who are divided into 2 camps, the old PLO terrorist group now referred to as the PA (Palestine Authority) who live in Judea-Samaria wrongly called THE WEST BANK as Jordan named it when they held the land from 1948 to 1967, and the Hamas terrorists who have taken over Gaza since their 1st election urged by former president Obama.  " she told a group of Jewish voters in the state that she opposed the economic boycott of Israel, calling it "counteractive" and "not helpful in getting that two-state solution." In an interview published Sunday by MuslimGirl, Omar said she "supports the BDS movement."

A little reading would have opened up the eyes of some Minnesotans about her stand towards Israel.  "Omar has been critical of the Israeli government, referring to it as "the apartheid Israeli regime," asserting that Israel has "hypnotized the world" to overlook the aerial bombardment of civilians, which she characterized as "evil doings,]" recommending that the University of Minnesota divest from Israel bonds, and criticizing a law intended to prohibit the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement. Accused of antisemitism by a few right-wing critics, she has responded that her criticism of some of the Israeli government's actions in no way implies hatred of Jewish people: “These accusations are without merit,” she said. “They are rooted in bigotry toward a belief about what Muslims are stereotyped to believe.”

Oh no, she says all sorts of anti-Semitic statements and then calls people bigots of what Arabs believes.  Well,
Israel does have about 20% of Arab citizens as well, and many are Muslims. They've had problems, a lot of problems with them, and hopefully they're all learning to live together in peace today.  It's been worse.

Tiny Jewish Israel encircled by Muslim States
All having tried to force Israel into the sea of oblivion.

I just can't buy this.  Israel is the one and only Jewish state in a world made up of 48 majority Muslim states.  Israel was created  by the League of Nations and the United Nations as a Homeland for the Jewish People.  The government is a Jewish government and we've had a running problem with Muslims ever since 1947 when the UN voted to have a Jewish state.  We've had wars with the neighboring Muslims states, and since then the wars are called by other names such as Inifadas, etc.  Right now Jews have been living in bomb shelters while almost 500 rockets, and mortars were short into southern Israel and that since the Gazans were busy burning Israelis fields and forests with flying fire kites.  For 70 years and more, Israel has been fending off the no's and the rockets, mortars and even missiles from their Muslim Palestinians which has even involved some of the Christian Arabs as well, no doubt.  It's been anti-Semitism forever, with the age old problem of Arabs wanting the Jewish lands when they saw  the Jews wanted it.

At an August candidates forum held in a synagogue during the last week of the 2018 primary campaign, she saidboycott of Israel is not helpful in working toward a two-state solution, and that "it is going to be important for us to recognize Israel's place in the Middle East and the Jewish people's rightful place within that region." That was only said to gain votes and it worked.

Sitting Bull was a Hunkpapa Lakota leader who led his people during years of resistance to United States government policies. He was killed by Indian agency police on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation during an attempt to arrest him, at a time when authorities feared that he would join the Ghost Dance.  Sitting Bull Quote:  "
They claim this mother of ours, the Earth, for their own use, and fence their neighbors away from her, and deface her with their buildings and their refuse."
Anti-Semites try to show the Arabs as the natives of the land of Palestine.  The truth is that the Jews were the natives, being there back over 3,000 years, and then being run off by the Assyrians, Babylonians, and Romans but not completely.  They've always had a Jewish presence on the land.  It's the Jews who have returned to their land, finding what has been described by Mark Twain had seen in "THE INNOCENTS ABROAD," and what Meyer Levin wrote about in his THE SETTLERS."  It's what Joan Peters famously wrote about in her book, From Time Immemorial.  How many of our young new political leaders who voice dissent against Israel have read any of these books?  I even wonder how many of Jewish Democrats have read any of them, for that matter?

This all brings to mind a racial problem the USA once had in its early youth before it had developed any real ethical behavior.  It lied through their teeth to the native Americans in making treaties with them.  The natives, we called simply, " THE Indians", said the whites spoke with a forked tongue.  Of course, it is snakes who have forked tongues, and you can't trust a snake.  The whites didn't look upon Indians as equals such as Europeans, but as a primitive culture perhaps thousands of years behind their great culture.

Spiritually, some Indians exhibited a far advanced sense of spirituality over the whites while they were still in the hunting and gathering stage of development.  They had a strong sense of telling the truth and being dependable.  Again, like in religious confrontations of Muslims and Jews, power was the rule, and the whites coming in force, had the power over the less developed weaponized native Americans.  Israel had been in the same position with the Assyrians, the Babylonians and then the Romans.

By the way, President Trump, after seeing the past 70 years of his 71 one years putting in lost efforts in trying to bring about a 2-state solution on people living in the Middle East by outsiders, has already decided that the 2 parties have to decide on such a conclusion if that is to end their conflict, and they can't come to such a conclusion.  Why is this 31 year old who hasn't probably read any of our history other than her own Muslim propaganda beating the issue to death with forcing BDS on Israel, which is just another bullet in the enemy's arsonal?  Why is anyone?

What's that rule about insanity?  "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."  Well then, Trump is one leader who is not the insane one.  Supposedly,  Albert Einstein said this.   Or how about this one:  "“If you always do what you’ve always done, you always get what you’ve always gotten.” That was the advice of Jessie Potter, the featured speaker at Friday’s opening of the seventh annual Woman to Woman conference.

A 2-state solution is laughable at this point in time.  Continual pushing for it after 70 years is insane.  Already, the Palestinians are divided in land and in thought with 2 different leaders who disagree with each other, both fighting over power.  The land itself is so small that it has actually been divvied up many times already.  Originally, 80% of the Jewish Homeland was given away to Jordan by England who had held the mandate for Palestine for 30 years.  The 20% left-over for the Jews has been  cut into 3 pieces now; Judea-Samaria (original Jewish Israel) called West Bank, and Gaza and Israel.  What is today's Israel is a speck of land on ex-President Bush's Texas ranch.  It's pathetic. It's up to the 2 people involved; the Jews of Israel and the Palestinians who are the squatters on the land who need to decide how to live.  Other couch potatoes from distant lands could get busy and read some history, then need to either share something positive and helpful or just take care of their own problems.  The last thing is to  join a group who don't know what they are talking about and beat the drums with them.  This shows that too many politicians are just followers and not leaders.

And a former Somalian wants to make sure it's divided into 2 state solution made up of Muslims who have been brain-washed to hate Jews for generations.  I can't think of anything less friendly.  Evidently it's the in thing today to be an immigrant of color and young female but not have a good political background on your adopted new government's friends.  "Omar received the largest percentage of the vote of any female candidate for U.S. House in state history, as well as the largest percentage of the vote for a non-incumbent candidate for U.S. House (excluding those running against only non-major-party candidates) in state history."  What's happened to all those sharp Scandinavian descendants living in Minnesota?
